Isle (isle.agency) is an AI ad creative studio for skincare brands. We make the creative; you run the ads. We never need access to your ad account, your pixel or your customer data.

We are an independent studio, not an agency with a minimum spend. Email goes to a person rather than a ticket queue, and we reply within one business day: hello@isle.agency.

What that means for your first order:

• Stripe handles the payment. We never see or store your card number.
• Every approved file is yours outright, with full commercial rights.
• No contract on the one-off packs, and monthly plans cancel any month.
• If we miss the approved brief, we redo it free.
• Every actor is AI-generated and labelled. We do not write fake reviews or claims your team has not approved.

AI-generated advertising creative — videos, product photos and films — made to the brief you send us after checkout. Prices, contents and delivery times are as shown on the shop page at the time you buy.

Every Launch Pack includes a Competitor Ad Teardown, a 15-minute results call around day 14, and, on the UGC pack, a Hook Test Pack (2 extra hooks per UGC video) at no extra cost. If you start a monthly plan within 14 days of your Launch Pack delivery, we take $100 off each of your first 3 monthly payments. The credit is not cash and does not carry over if you cancel; monthly plans still cancel any month.

Every Launch Pack and monthly plan includes one custom AI actor, built to the brief you choose after checkout. From the moment it is created, that actor is exclusive to your brand: we use it only in your ads and never for another brand. Each extra exclusive actor is $99. Single items bought on their own use an actor from our roster unless you add a custom actor. Every actor is fictional and AI-generated, and we decline requests to imitate a real person.

Delivery is 24 hours, and the clock starts once your brief is in — not at the moment of payment. We need your product link, product photos and approved claims before we can begin. If something is missing we will ask, and the clock starts when we have it.

One revision round is included on every creative. Revisions are edit-level: text, cuts, music and pacing. Extra rounds are available as an add-on. If we miss the approved brief, we redo it free.

You own the approved files outright, with full commercial rights, including the raw exports. We may show the work in our portfolio only with your permission.

Every actor is AI-generated and fictional. The work carries the AI label where Instagram, Meta and TikTok require it. We do not present AI actors as real customers, and we do not write fake reviews, before-and-after results, or claims your team has not approved. If you ask us to, we will decline.

Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel, and you can cancel any month. Unused items in a month do not roll over. Swaps inside a plan follow the rules shown on the shop page.

Payments are handled by Stripe in US dollars. We never see or store your full card number.

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you bought it.
