Before we start
If you change your mind before we begin — that is, before we have started producing against your brief — email us and we will refund you in full. Because delivery is 24 hours, that window is short, so tell us quickly.
If the work misses the brief
We redo it free. That is not a goodwill gesture, it is the deal: if what we deliver does not match the brief you approved, we make it right at no cost.
What is not refundable
Work that matches the approved brief is not refundable simply because the ad did not perform. We make the creative; how it performs depends on your offer, targeting and budget, which we do not control. We also cannot refund work already delivered where the brief was met.
Monthly plans
Cancel any month and you will not be charged again. The month you have already paid for runs to the end; we do not pro-rate part-months.
