The questions founders ask.

Including the uncomfortable one about whether AI creative helps or hurts a brand. The answer below cites the research rather than our opinion.

Is AI creative safe for our brand?

Short version: it is permitted everywhere that matters, it wins on volume and product-benefit ads, and it is weaker than human work at emotional brand storytelling. Sources are linked under each answer.

Is AI creative actually allowed on Meta and TikTok?

Yes — with disclosure. Both platforms permit AI-generated advertising and both operate labelling systems for realistic AI content. TikTok provides an AI-generated content setting for ads, and Meta applies AI labels and requires advertisers to disclose AI use in social issue, election and political advertising. Every batch we deliver is labelled, so nothing about your account depends on a label going unnoticed.

Will AI creative hurt our credibility?

Used for the wrong job, it can — and you should hear that from us rather than find it later. In a May 2026 study by Ipsos and Syracuse University's Newhouse School, 20 ads across 10 brands were tested with 3,000 US consumers; the human-made ads scored higher than the AI-made ads on both short-term creative effectiveness and long-term brand effect. The same study found where AI wins: on functional, product-benefit creative the AI versions beat their human counterparts. That is exactly what a hook test is. Use us for volume, angles and product-benefit ads, and keep human storytelling for the brand work that carries your identity.

Do customers actually mind that it's AI?

Most cannot tell, and most still want to be told. In the same Ipsos and Newhouse research only a minority of viewers could confidently identify which ads were AI-made, while a large majority said companies should disclose AI use regardless. That is the entire reason we label every batch: the disclosure costs you nothing and removes the only real risk.

Does an AI label cost us reach?

Neither platform publishes a ranking penalty for labelled AI content — the label is a disclosure, not a demotion. What genuinely risks your reach is undisclosed AI that gets detected and actioned after the fact, which is a far more expensive problem than a label. We label up front so that question never arises.

Will people know it's AI?

Every actor is AI-generated and fictional, and the work carries the AI label where the platforms require one. Nothing is ever presented as a real customer or a genuine review. That is the line we don't cross, and it is what keeps your account out of trouble with both the platforms and the FTC.

How working with Isle actually goes.

You do. Every approved file is yours with full commercial rights, including the raw exports.

Do you run the ads?

No. We make the creative; you or your media buyer run it. Your ad account, pixel and performance data stay entirely yours.

What do you need from me?

A product link, a few product photos, and the claims your team has approved. That is enough to start a batch.

How fast is delivery?

24 hours — free sample images, Launch Packs and monthly batches alike. One revision round is included on every creative, and extra rounds are an add-on.

Research before render.

Built from the brand side

Our founder worked on sponsored creator campaigns, coordinating between brands and creators: briefing, chasing approvals, and seeing which hooks actually shipped.
